This is the answer to the growing interest in durable and spectacular fences. By using innovative technology KONSPORT has started the production of fencing systems which perfectly imitate natural wood.

Process of achieving the wood-like effect:

• dust coated profile is being wrapped in foil with the pattern of the board of walnut wood or pine wood.
• air is succed out of the foil, then the profile is put into a furnace, where it is exposed to immerse heat – sublimation takes place
• the image from the foil is transmitted into the dust coat layer, next the profile is cooled and the foil removed
